We help clients store inventories in our Chinese warehouse. When we receive an order, we can ship it on the same day.

Because of the fast domestic shipping within China, you can replenish inventory fast therefore you only need to store a relatively small amount of inventory (less inventories, less upfront cost, less risk but still high customer satisfaction!)

We are based in Hong Kong and we own warehouses and workshops in Guangdong, China. We also have offices in Sweden and South East Asia.

We have warehouses in China and the US. 

With our international logistics network, we make sure your products arrive at their destination quickly. If you store them in one of our US warehouses for example (the fastest delivery time), then 3-7 days is all that’s needed before they can be delivered straight to a customer.

All you need is an online selling platform (eg. Shopify) and your product list, then we’ll help get it sold for you. 

Alternatively, we also accept weekly manual fulfillment orders so that you don’t have to worry about any inventory issues or package deliveries failing on time.

  • All-in-one fulfillment
    1. We would quote you a price that is in USD and it contains all costs including the product cost, handling fee, shipping fee. NO HIDDEN CHARGES.
  • Warehousing
    1. If you choose to keep inventories in our warehouse to speed up the fulfilment time, we will hold the amount in your balance that is equivalent to the cost of the inventory (the held amount of money would not be able to be used for other services)
This depends on the location of the factory, the availability of the products and whether you keep inventories in our warehouse. In general, it takes 1-3 days to process an order.

We ship on a daily basis.

It takes on average 5-15 days for most countries. We offer standard and expedited shipping options, depending on your need. We have in-house data analysts that keep a close eye on the weekly shipping time to make sure everything is on track. We also work with multiple shipping couriers and we are always on the lookout for new shipping lines that work well.

We have a credit system for each client. When you pay us cash, we will increase your balance accordingly.

When we fulfil your order, we will deduct money for the services from your balance. You may check you balance in our client portal.

Payment method includes Paypal, Payoneer, Bank Transfer, wire transfer, etc.

You can check your transactions with us through the Shipbear Client Portal.

We understand everyone needs a start, so we don’t need an MOQ for dropshipping fulfillment. However, when starting the contract, we will require a small one-time minimal deposit in our credit system, which serves the sole purpose of your purchase. You can use the credits to ship right away.

We do need an MOQ for our global warehouse network services, depending on the country and the type of goods.

You can connect your store with our state-of-the-art client portal. Orders will automatically go to our system and our team will automatically source, process, and fulfill your orders

We have private shipping lines to many countries so our services are not affected in general. We also ensure a disinfection routine in our company to give our highest standard services.

We noticed many other providers suffered huge delays because they use public flight lines. Many clients report that e-packets are not viable anymore.
