HOW DID SHIPBEAR COME ABOUT?
Our company name, Shipbear, was inspired by the story of Wojtek, a bear that was adopted by the Polish military during World War II.
When he grew up, Wojtek served the military and helped with
transporting supplies. He quickly became a beloved member of the unit,
and his story inspired our CEO, Jonas, to create ShipBear.
Like Wojtek, ShipBear is strong and dependable, and we strive to provide
the same level of service to our customers.
