You only need an online selling platform (eg. Shopify) and your product list to get started with us. Alternatively, we also accept weekly manual fulfilment orders.

We ship on a daily basis. 

We have a credit system that you can pay with payoneer, wire transfer or paypal. We will directly use the money in the system to source and ship for you. We only charge the credits when we have dispatched the packages.

Our premium clients also enjoy a credit buffer so we continue our service to make sure the fulfilment is smoothly running.

If you join us with open orders, we will take a small deposit from you, then charge the rest within 24h after we dispatch your packages.

We understand everyone needs a start, so we don’t need an MOQ for droshipping fulfilment. However, when starting the contract, we will require a small one-time minimal deposit in our credit system, which serves the sole purpose for your purchase. You can use the credits to ship right the way.

We do need an MOQ for our global warehouse network services, depending on the country and the type of goods.

We have private shipping lines to many countries so our services are not affected in general. We also ensure disinfection routine in our company to give our highest standard services.

For example, if your store your goods in our US warehouse, it only takes 3-7 days to arrive at your US customers.
